I always knew that my mission was to build better workplaces. It meant to get an education in marketing to serve the talent management agenda. Although ahead of my own time, I was convinced that Human Resources functions could do better with more data, design, and digital capabilities.
Fast-forward I managed the Global Employer Brand Reputation and Experience Design for Fortune 500 companies including Canadian banks Scotiabank and RBC, and Mexican University Tec de Monterrey.
My experience spans to Canada, USA, UK, Malaysia, Luxemburg, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Caribbean. As a client, I managed agency services from Grey, Interbrand, Publicis, Havas, Work Communications, AIMIA, TMP Worldwide, etc.
I learned that there is a need for transformational design that optimizes organizations to create meaningful and productive employee experiences. Talentscopic was born, bringing advisory and learning of breakthrough Employer Brand Reputation Management.
