I specialize in using artificial intelligence and data‑analytics to design employee and customer journeys that directly support commercialization, from product concept through market launch and employee engagement, to growing new markets. Drawing on my background in information technology management and marketing, I partner with CEOs to gather market data, create AI models that compound learning, enable revenue‑focused decisions, and increase proximity with customers.

My background spans Sports Management, Financial services and Healthcare, where I’ve led Talent Acquisition, OD, DEI, Learning, Employer Brand, and Employee Experience teams through growth, disruption, and M&A. I’ve architected global employer brand platforms, built workplace transformation roadmaps, and standardized talent acquisition, onboarding and development across hundreds of sites and multiple acquisitions.
